Jey Osman has come on as our Strata Manager in late 2025. Jey briefed himself with our building; people; current problems & issues. As a result any problems that arose short term were attended to or fixed immediately and our long term problems addressed in a manner that gives us in our building confidence that a process to resolve issues is being proceeded with.

Jey’s response time is generally under 8 hours and even at some times within 5 minutes. Our building is much happier now knowing we are in professional and caring hands.
