Collecting levies is essential to ensure your Owners Corporation has sufficient cash flow to pay contractors and utilities servicing your property.
Experiencing changes in your financial circumstances can be difficult and stressful. If you are faced with financial hardship following a loss of employment or are struggling with illness and unable to make levy payments on time, you are encouraged to submit a request for a payment plan.

Requests for assistance will be referred to the Strata Committee for consideration individually. We will work with you to develop a solution tailored to your circumstances.
