Experiencing changes in your financial circumstances can be difficult and stressful. If you are faced with financial hardship following a loss of employment or are struggling with illness and unable to make levy payments on time, you are encouraged to submit a request for a payment plan.
Your request will be referred to your Committee for consideration and we will keep you updated as your request progresses.
