About the role:

An Assistant Strata Manager assists up to two Licensed Strata Managers in the day to day administration of a portfolio of strata buildings.

This is more than just an admin job, we’ll fully train you in all aspects of strata management so that you can progress and eventually take on your own small portfolio with confidence.

The duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service as a main point of contact for our clients
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assisting with the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
  • Issuing work orders and following up on quotations
  • General administrative work, system updates and filing

Part of the requirements for this role is to complete the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management – but don’t worry, we provide study assistance and support for this.

We also have great internal training in place, with monthly group training sessions for all Assistants, plus regular industry webinars and events ensuring that you have plenty of professional development opportunities.

What do you need to demonstrate to us?

  • Customer service passion
  • Ability to naturally engage, communicate and work within a team
  • Strong administration and time management skills
  • Super organised to juggle multiple tasks
  • Great attention to detail – dot the I’s and cross the T’s
  • Can ‘roll with the punches’ – resilient and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable

You should have:

  • Minimum of 1-year customer service, retail/hospitality or administration experience
  • Ideally tertiary level studies in hospitality, or a business related subject
