Strata Committee Nomination Form – Nominating Another Person

This form may be used to nominate a registered owner, or company nominee of an owner, for election of the strata committee. However, you must first obtain their consent for nomination by completing the form. An election will be held at the annual general meeting of the owners corporation.

Any owner, or any person entitled to vote at a general meeting of an owners corporation, may nominate a person for election as a member of the strata committee.
