This service is perfect for small – medium size strata plans. Whether your building is 10 lots or 1000 lots, we have a solution to fit any size strata plan.

Your building will receive an initial building audit, complete asset register, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program, Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) coordinator, Servicing Coordinator, reactive repairs coordinator and regular reporting.

Some Facts

Unplanned Maintenance

Unplanned maintenance typically costs three to nine times more than planned maintenance. When maintenance is planned, these costs can be reduced. Equipment can be shut down to coincide for when downtime is anticipated within the building.

Preventive Maintenance

A successful Planned Preventive Maintenance program is dependent on the cooperation of all parties involved. We will collaborate with and rely on the knowledge, data, and contributions of all maintenance personnel at the property. Without a Services Coordinator to ensure that maintenance is carried out, scheduled services are likely to be missed or disregarded.
