Appointment of Acting Member of Strata Committee

If a member of the strata committee or association committee cannot attend a meeting, they can appoint a person to attend and vote on their behalf. The person is known as an “acting member”. The person must be an owner or a company nominee of another lot, and their appointment must be approved by a resolution of the strata committee or association committee.
