Strata Choice’s Owners Portal powered by SMATA provides real-time insights into the operations of your building, giving you enhanced control over maintenance requests and other features to streamline management. With a single email and password, Strata Committee members and owners can access numerous features such as invoice management, establishing rules and procedures, and document management. Education Seminars

Strata Community Association (NSW) Membership
Strata Community Association (NSW) (the Strata & Community Industry Association in Australia) also provides a number of resources, seminars and events for strata owners and committee members, visit their website for more information.
