Please write your motion here. A motion should be written in the positive. For example - "That the owners corporation replace the garden lighting as per the quotation from ABC Electrical."

By law, a motion added to a general meeting notice must include an explanation not containing more than 300 words. The explanation should note why is the motion necessary and what outcome will it produce.
