Daniel Linders is the Group Managing Director of Strata Choice.

With a strata career expanding 24 years, Daniel is responsible for overseeing the operations and financial management of the group, along with providing leadership to the Strata Choice senior executive team.

Daniel’s consultative approach and his ability to understand the needs of his clients, has seen him deliver comprehensive property management solutions to Strata Choice clients. Even though Strata Choice has grown to become one of the largest strata management companies in the country, Daniel ensures that the company retains the personal and professional service, for which Strata Choice has become renowned.

Daniel is a leading figure in the strata industry, is currently serving as Senior Vice President on the Board of Directors of Strata Community Australia (NSW) and since 2004 he has been a member of the Code of Conduct panel that handles ethical complaints within the Association. Daniel also serves on many government committees, reference groups and panels that deal with strata matters, including the building defect bond scheme, building cladding and child safety window device change in regulations.

Daniel has an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and also holds a Diploma of Business in Real Estate.

Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys playing soccer, boating, kayaking and spending quality time with his family. Daniel also holds a 1st Dan Black Belt in Jujutsu.

Geoff Linders is the Corporate Services Director.

Geoff brings a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years experience in the industry to his role. He has a Strata Managing Agent Licence and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, providing him with a unique skill set of practical and technical knowledge.

Geoff is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing new processes to further improve service levels of the Group. He is driven by the success and achievement of outcomes in recent projects.

Geoff is also responsible for areas of Group Asset Management (including CAPEX strategy), Group Office Facility Management, Company Contract Management, Group Company Secretary and staff compliance management and training.

Geoff is a member of Strata Community Australia (NSW).

Outside the office, Geoff enjoys playing and watching football, cars and motorcycles.

Scott Martin is the Associate Director of Strata Choice, St Leonards.

Scott brings drive and professionalism to his role and is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the St Leonards office,  as well as providing excellence in client service.

With over 23 years experience in the banking industry, Scott brings a unique skillset and discipline required for the strata industry. He is passionate about working with people, rather than process, in addition to creating a fun and empowered work environment, ensuring that his staff and clients needs are met.

Scott is a member of the Strata Community Australia (NSW) and has been a guest facilitator at the Strata Community Australia (NSW) conference. In 2017, Scott was the recipient of the prestige’s Max Dunn Award, presented to an individual in the strata industry who demonstrates comradeships, fostering of goodwill and support amongst Strata Community Australia (NSW) members, the industry and beyond.

Outside of the office, Scott is active in the local community, working with local youth clubs as well as coaching local soccer teams.

Andrew Abbott is the Associate Director of Strata Choice, Parramatta. Having worked with the company for over 13 years, he holds a wealth of industry experience.

Andrew is responsible for the day to day operation of the branch along with managing a small portfolio of prestigious properties and clients. Andrew specialises in the management of Strata, Community and Building Management Committee (BMC) style schemes and plays a key role in providing clients with:

  • High levels of communication;
  • Clear and professional advice;
  • Value to their strata plan;
  • Education and training.

Andrew also holds a Certificate IV in Business Management and is a member of SCA (NSW).

Daniel Cockerell has worked in the Strata Industry for over 10 years, starting as an Office Services Assistant in 2007 for Strata Choice. Over the course of 10 years, Daniel has worked his way up the corporate ladder to now be in the Strata Choice Senior Executive team at the age of 29, becoming one of the most accomplished individuals within the Strata Choice family. Daniel prides himself on his professionalism, maturity, dedication and diligence, offering his staff and clients pragmatic, considered and outcome-based results.

As the Associate Director responsible for the Strata Choice Potts Point office, Daniel is responsible for the office operations, growing the Strata Choice portfolio and brand, whilst managing a small prestige portfolio consists of some of Sydney’s most landmark and exclusive properties.

Daniel’s career has seen him become the most awarded Strata Manager at Strata Choice, winning the following company and industry awards over the course of his career:

2017 – NSW Strata Manager of the Year;

Daniel is an innovative and modern style of manager, who looks to the future both for his clients, but also the Strata Choice brand. He is extremely passionate about the Strata Choice brand and the Linders family behind the company.

Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys travelling, spending time on the water, architecture and property and socialising with friends.

David joined the Strata Choice team in 2017 as one of our Senior Strata Managers and was promoted to Associate Director in 2018. David has worked in the property and strata industry for over 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role and to his clients.

David has previously specialized in the management of large developments both in Sydney and in Queensland. He strives to bring equity into every client he manages and ensures that the correct and fair process is followed for all stakeholders.

David is responsible for working on a portfolio of clients, ensuring all parties work effectively and collaboratively together to achieve successful outcomes. David is a Licensed Strata Manager and also has a Bachelor in Business. He is passionate about supporting and evolving both the industry, and future strata managers.

Greg has worked with Strata Choice for over 10 years in Building Management.

He has developed brilliant relationships with customers, clients and Strata Committees through his strong management skills and determination to achieve successful outcomes. Greg is hard working and professional at all times and ensures that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

In his spare time, Greg enjoys boating on Sydney Harbour and supporting an orphanage in Vietnam.

Rod Flynn is the General Manager of Strata Choice’s Property Care department and is responsible for the ongoing assessment of properties and organizing contractors and technicians to repair and maintain them.

Rod enjoys working with owners, tenants and executive committees to ensure a seamless approach with any building issues that may arise.

Rod works hard to resolve issues quickly, is easy to approach and enjoys working with people on all scope of matters.

Outside of the office, Rod enjoys playing cricket. He also spends valuable time with his family either fishing or kayaking or being involved with their sports.
