We are dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry developments, and require all of our strata managers to consistently improve their skills sets. Strata Choice Group is a member of the Strata Community Australia (NSW) and the Urban Development Institute of Australia, and affiliated with other industry and legislative bodies. These connections allow our Strata Managers ongoing access to new skills training and certification, which other strata management providers cannot match.
Meet the Management Team
- Daniel Linders – Strata Choice Group’s Managing Director, Daniel is one of the most respected people in the strata management industry today.
- Kylie Barnett – Our hardworking Executive Assistant Kylie keeps all hands on deck and everything running smoothly.
- Geoff Linders – Geoff brings his nine years of industry expertise to serve as our Director of Group Strata Services.
- Bruce Ferguson – A Group Associate Director, Bruce comes from a background in commercial real estate.
- Scott Martin – Another Group Associate Director, Scott’s financial expertise is an asset to Strata Choice.
- Deirdre Hopkins – Deidre’s administration skills are utilised to full effect in her role as Scott’s Personal Assistant.
- Crystal Clements – As General Manager of Operations, Crystal oversees our daily business processes.
- Sharyn Machin – Sharyn acts as our Business Development Manager, and has been active in the strata management industry for over thirty years.
Location
The Strata Choice Group has offices at two convenient locations throughout Sydney: St Leonards and King Street Wharf in Sydney CBD.
