Strata Choice Customer Service Standards

Strata Choice is committed to the process of continuous improvement in all we do. We welcome and appreciate comments from customers concerning any breakdowns or shortcomings in the delivery of our stated customer service objectives.

  • Listen actively to our customers concerns;

 

  • Treat our customers with courtesy and respect;

 

  • Only give advice within our scope of responsibility;

 

  • Behave impartially in providing advice and guidance;

 

  • Remember the issues we deal with often relate to a persons home;

 

  • Commit to a realistic time frames to deal with an enquiry;

 

  • Welcome any comments regarding service shortfalls; and 

 

  • Together, achieve an agreeable resolution to our customer concerns.

 

Customer Service Survey

Every six months our members survey their executive committee members in order to gather feedback regarding service delivery standards. This process provides exceptionally valuable information that assists us in understanding where customer service shortcomings may be occurring and in recognising staff members that are delivering excellent service as reported through the survey by clients.
