Coming from a sales and customer service background, Steven commenced with Strata Choice Linders in 2007 in the role of Assistant Strata Manager.  After a short stint travelling overseas, Steven returned to pick up where he left off.  With the knowledge and strong relationships Steven built whilst in his Assistant role, he was able to make a smooth transition into his current Strata Manager position.

Steven understands that every customer is different and prides himself in giving personalised service to his customers.  Liaising between owners, agents and Executive Committee members, Steven is an expert in conflict resolution and providing excellence in customer service.  It's Steven's belief that the bar of total customer service satisfaction is never set and is always rising.

Steven works closely with owners corporations and tradespeople, providing essential administration duties such as budgeting, maintenance and issues management.

In his spare time, Steven is a professional DJ and an active member of Project Futures, a not for profit organisation.  He is also an active member of the Strata Community Australia NSW and National Community Titles Institute, which keeps him abreast of the industry developments that affect his clients.
