Derek came to Strata Choice Linders after previously owning and managing his own real estate business and also owning and managing a management rights complex on the Gold Coast.

He takes great pride in the efficiency in which his buildings are run.  Co-ordinating with owners, tenants, real estate agents, technicians and tradespeople, Derek ensures all maintenance issues, defects and breakdowns are resolved in the absolute shortest time possible.

Working with owners corporations and individual residents in the strata plans under his management, Derek offers a level of customer service that comes from years of experience in the industry.

Derek is an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
