With 20 years experience in the industry, and once owning his own real estate business, Arthur brings a fresh perspective to strata management.  He approaches every challenge with determination and enthusiasm, building rock-solid and trusted relationships with his clients.

As a Building Manager, Arthur is instrumental in organising contractors and technicians for the repair and maintenance of plant equipment belonging to the buildings in his portfolio.  This also involves the delicate coordination of the various people associated with and residing in his managed properties.

Arthur is in contact with everyone from executive committee members through to contractors and owners, providing a level of service that is both personable and professional.

Arthur has also completed an Advanced Property Management course.
