Group Managing Director and Licensee in Charge
With his family’s background in strata and over fifteen years of industry experience, Daniel Linders is one of the most renowned figures in Australian strata management today. Throughout his extensive career, Daniel has managed some of Sydney’s most famous heritage, luxury and commercial properties. He was a key figure in establishing the Strata Choice Group in 2008, working to incorporate each founding strata management businesses within an innovative business model.
Daniel’s qualifications include Licensed Strata Agent, member of the Strata Community Australia (NSW), Diploma of Business in Real Estate, and a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. During Daniel’s four year term on the Board of Directors of the Strata Community Australia (NSW) (formally Institute of Strata Title Management), he held authoritative positions such as Vice President, and he still serves as a member of the ethics sub committee and strata management chapter committee.
Location
Strata Choice Linders comfortable meeting facilities are located at 92 Chandos Street St Leonards, a three-minute walk from St Leonards Station and Pacific Highway. Street parking is available outside for our visiting clients.
