Carole has over 20 years experience in the strata management industry.  She has been employed by major strata management firms and most recently was the Director and Licensee-In-Charge of her own business until she sold that business to start a family.

During her career, Carole has pioneered the development of new management arrangements for older mixed use strata complexes to bring them into line with modern management practice.  She has significant experience in the management of complex strata arrangements, particularly those in the Sydney CBD.

In addition to her significant hands on strata experience, Carole has played an important role in developing and presenting accredited training courses in strata title management for the Real Estate Institute and TAFE, as well as developing and mentoring strata managers to achieve their full potential.

Carole has also served on the board of the strata management industry body, the Institute of Strata Title Management (ISTM) in a variety of capacities, including Vice President in 1993/4, membership of the education sub committee and representing the industry on the TAFE / Real Estate Industry Committee and Centre for Agency Licensing Education Advisory Committee.  In 2000, Carole was made a Fellow of the Licensed Manager Chapter of ISTM in recognition of her contribution to industry education and training.
