Since 1992 Strata Choice CBD has been managing some of NSW's largest and most prestegious complexes.

Strata Choice CBD brings established expertise to any strata management challenge, having successfully managed a wide variety of residential, commercial, industrial and community complexes for over eighteen years. Emphasising quality over quantity, we ensure that our strata managers are not overburdened with bulky portfolios. We listen carefully to every client’s needs and accord each of them individualised service and care. Our attention to detail and clear focus on each client’s outcomes are the key ingredients of Strata Choice CBD’s smooth and effective strata administration.

Our commitment to delivering the best service and expertise extends to a rigorous and ongoing staff development program. Senior Management

With over ten years of experience in the strata management field, Strata Choice CBD Director Patrick Saad oversees a considerable portfolio of historical buildings and major complexes throughout the Sydney area. Patrick joined the Strata Choice CBD team in 2003 as a Licensed Strata Manager. He holds a Diploma of Real Estate and is a member of the Strata Community Australia (NSW). His expertise and commitment to effective and caring management allows him service to an extensive variety of prestigious clients.

Patrick is joined by Group Managing Director, Daniel Linders. With over 15 years strata experience, Daniel oversees Strata Choice Associates and the Strata Choice Group.

Our office is located at Suite 401, 45 Lime Street, King Street Wharf in Sydney CBD, a short walk from the city centre. We welcome our clients to use our conveniently located meeting facilities.
