Project and Administration Assistant

Strata Choice brings together the very best of strata management expertise to assist the strata community. We provide comprehensive customer service to the owners and residents of more than 650 strata buildings across Sydney and the wider New South Wales area. 

In 2017, Strata Choice was awarded, for the second year running, Strata Management Business of the Year by the Strata Community Australia. 

Due to continued growth, Strata Choice is looking for a person to provide administration and project support to a small team, who are currently undertaking a range of innovative initiatives within the Corporate Services area of the group.

These projects are predominately related to several current and upcoming business improvements, implementing new technology and software into our business. 

Your fantastic administration skills, computer proficiency and willingness to take on a great variety of tasks as required will ensure your success in this role.

The successful candidate will have the following key skills and attributes:-

  • Highly developed proficiency with MS Office suite of software
  • Possess the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Demonstrate accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate great follow through, to ensure work is completed
  • Be able to maintain the momentum of the various projects
  • Be a team player with high energy to keep up the rapid pace
