Office Services Coordinator & Strata Finance Assistant

We have a great opportunity for an outgoing person to join our fast paced environment. We are looking for an outstanding individual with an everlasting first impression. They will report to the Director but will provide administrational support to the entire team.

 
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in finance, risk services and wants to gain experience in an office environment and be part of a great team.
 
The successful applicant for this role will:
  • Be able to multi task and manage their time effectively;
  • Have computer skills;
  • Demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Be a strong team player; and
  • Have an outgoing friendly personality.
 
No office experience necessary but customer service exposure will be highly regarded.
 
The position is full time, Monday to Friday with standard 8.45am to 5.00pm hours. The office is located at King Street Wharf and is only a short walk from Wynyard Station.

Strata Management Coordinator

A leading Strata Management Company in St Leonards seeks an enthusiastic Strata Management Coordinator to work as part of a strata management team.
 
This is the opportunity for the right candidate looking for a foot in the door of strata management. The right applicant will receive ongoing training and the opportunity for promotion over time.
 
You will be responsible for a range of day to day administrative functions, including but not limited to: assisting your team of strata managers in many aspects of strata management functions, issuing work orders to contractors, requesting and following up on quotation requests, accounts receivable enquiries, issuing keys to contractors / owners / residents, and assisting our clients via telephone or face to face.
 
The successful applicant for this role will:
 
  • Be experienced in a customer/client service role with particular attention to telephone contact;
  • Be able to multi task and manage their time effectively;
  • Have sound knowledge of and experience in working with Microsoft packages;
  • Have high accuracy and attention to detail qualities;
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Be a strong team player;
  • Be able to work unsupervised;
  • Have a professional work style;
  • Have an outgoing friendly personality that is also capable of dealing with pressure from time to time.
  • A Certificate of Registration – Property would be an advantage or you must be willing to obtain your Certificate of Registration.
 
Experience in the property industry and a desire for this career path would be well regarded, though not essential.
