Assistant Strata Manager

The CBD Branch of Strata Choice seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Strata Manager to work as part of a strata management team.

You will be responsible for a range of day to day administrative functions whilst assisting a team of strata managers in many aspects of strata management functions. These functions include issuing work orders to contractors, requesting and following up on quotation requests, accounts receivable enquiries, issuing keys to contractors / owners / residents and assisting our clients via telephone, email or face to face.

The successful applicant for this role will:

  • Be experienced in a customer/client service role with particular attention to telephone contact;
  • Be able to multi task and manage their time effectively;
  • Have sound knowledge of and experience in working with Microsoft packages;
  • Have high accuracy and attention to detail qualities;
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Be a strong team player;
  • Be able to work unsupervised;
  • Have a professional work style;
  • Have an outgoing friendly personality that is also capable of dealing with pressure from time to time;
  • A Certificate of Registration – Property would be an advantage.
