Carolann joined Strata Choice Associates in October 2009.

Whilst being one of our newer strata managers, Carolann has over 25 years experience in the customer service industry.

Carolann consistently demonstrates a high level of strength in both communication and customer service in her day-to-day interactions with owners, contractors and the like.

She is extremely dedicated and passionate about ensuring her customers receive the level of service they expect and pay for.  Her positive and pro-active approach to all requests are impressive and we are proud to have Carolann as part of our strata management team at Strata Choice Associates.
