Senior Management

Company Director and Licensee in Charge, Sean Bermingham, a licensed strata manager and member of Strata Community Australia (NSW) joined Strata Choice Associates in 2002. In addition to his 16 years of experience in the field, Sean holds a Diploma of Business in Real Estate Strata Management, an Advanced Certificate in Banking and Finance, and is a Justice of the Peace. At Strata Choice Associates, Sean oversees the management of large commercial and residential complexes, as well as community schemes and building management committees.

Sean is joined by Group Managing Director, Daniel Linders. With over 15 years strata experience, Daniel oversees Strata Choice Associates and the Strata Choice Group.

We welcome our clients to use our meeting facilities at our St Leonards office located at 92 Chandos Street. The Strata Choice Associates office has ample street parking available outside, and is only a short walk from St Leonards Station and Pacific Highway bus routes.
