Senior Strata Manager |
Leading strata management company has an opportunity for an ambitious and effective strata professional to join our winning management team. Taking over an existing medium sized portfolio of quality buildings you will work closely with the existing strata manager and senior company executives over the next ten weeks to achieve a smooth transfer of client relationships.
We require a dynamic, experienced Strata Manager, who, whilst well supported by management is able to work autonomously on challenging projects, has a new business development flair and is ready to join the team as soon as possible.
You will be part of a work group comprising a Team Leader to whom you will report and a support team to help you. You will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Strata Management, will ideally be licensed, have a thorough knowledge of the Act and have excellent communication skills.
